Great Buy March 27, 2009 GatorRon (Jacksonville Fl) 8 out of 8 found this review helpful
Look all you want and you will not find a charger that does what this one does for the money. Jump start, fast charge, trickle charge for 45 bucks including shipping.......impossible to beat.
Good Charger December 28, 2009 Gary D. Smith (southern Indiana) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
This charger is a steel cased one and the brand name is well known for quality. It is my second Schumacher over 20 years. My old one still does a good job also, I just needed to have (2) of them. The price is fair also.
Battery Charger September 22, 2009 Bryce D. Owens (Pendleton, IN USA) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
This is a good unit for a homeowner who still messes with cars. My sears unit finally died after about 30 years of use. This one is better and costs less!
Works fine January 9, 2010 John G. Callagy (Bay Area, CA) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Worked as advertised. Although the instructions said to ground negative on car metal part - since most parts are painted, this did not work. I attached the negative wire to negative post on battery and it worked fine.
I recharged 2 dead car batteries - 3-4 hours each on 10 amp setting.
Considering what new batteries cost, I felt it was a very good investment. An article I read said over 50% of dead batteries turned in are still good and just need a recharge.
Be sure to use only distilled water to refill the battery.

I already know the product but was more pleased with speedy service and competitive pricing.
